. Shipping Policy
A. Fulfillment Time (Processing)
As a Print-on-Demand business, every item is uniquely created after you place your order.
- Fulfillment Time: Orders typically take 3-7 working days to be processed and produced before they are shipped. This time may be longer during peak seasons or holidays.
B. Shipping Time and Delivery
Shipping time begins after the item has been fulfilled.
- Standard Delivery Goal: We strive to deliver your completed order within a total of 7 working days (combining fulfillment and shipping time) for most domestic orders. However, please allow up to 10-15 working days total, especially for international shipping or if fulfillment is delayed.
- Shipping Carriers: We utilize various carriers (e.g., USPS, FedEx, DHL) depending on your location and the POD partner used for your item.
- Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
C. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipping method selected, and the weight/dimensions of the items in your order.
2. Returns and Exchanges Policy
A. Print-on-Demand (POD) Specific Policy
Since all items are custom-printed specifically for you upon ordering, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind or order the wrong size/color. Please consult the size charts carefully before ordering.
B. Eligible Reasons for Returns/Refunds
We only accept returns or offer replacements/refunds under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Defective Product: If the product arrives clearly damaged (e.g., torn, broken print).
- Manufacturing Error: If the product has a clear manufacturing error (e.g., misaligned graphic, wrong product shipped).
C. How to Initiate a Claim
If your order meets the criteria above, you must contact us within [7 days – Customize this number] of receiving the order.

- Provide Proof: You must include a clear photograph of the defect or damage, along with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- Resolution: Once the claim is verified, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund as appropriate, without requiring the original item to be returned in most cases.
D. Lost Packages If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please allow 48 hours as carriers sometimes mark items delivered early. After 48 hours, please contact us. We are not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery, but we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier
